Modular air travel
Normally a plane is for cargo or for passengers. Alpha Airlines will do it all, patients included.

00 · The cabin
Start with the cabin. Lift the roof off a PC-24 and it is an empty room with a wide door.
Room for the patient. A stretcher in the middle of the cabin, with the medical crew beside it.
What cannot wait comes along. Blood, organs and critical medicine travel in the same cabin.
01 · Three services
Three services. One airline for what has to be somewhere, and who has to be with it.
Medical transport. Patients, medical crew and everything that travels with them.
Cargo. The seats come out and the cabin takes freight.
Passengers. The freight comes out and the seats go back in.
And later, much more. A large freighter takes the same idea further.
02 · The aircraft
Cessna Citation CJ4. 16.3 metres. The smallest of the group.
Pilatus PC-24. 16.9 metres, with a cargo door wide enough for a pallet.
Embraer Praetor 600. 20.7 metres, for the longest flights of the three jets.
Airbus A330(C)F. Later, and 58.8 metres. Large enough to carry an emergency hospital in modules.
To one scale. From the smallest jet to the freighter.
